Drbover 45 minutes late for an appointment disgusting
I had an appointment booked today at 10:20 AM. I waited patiently until 11:00 AM, but nobody turned up and there was no communication from the clinic. I'm not sure whether the doctor hadn't arrived yet or was busy, but leaving patients waiting without any update is very unprofessional and disappointing. Time is valuable, and a simple courtesy update would have made a huge difference. Sadly, this experience has shaken my trust in the clinic's reliability and patient care.
The Doctor I see is always the best quality and medical advice and servers is out of this world this doctor is simply the best I have ever found in year with my health I would recommend Dr Malathy myil to anyone she is the finest in the industry.
