Today, I visited Dale Medical Centre and unfortunately had a very bad experience with Dr Juorouwahu Egesi. My appointment was at 11:20 am, and I arrived about 15 minutes early. I was experiencing severe neck pain and my condition was getting worse. Because of the pain, I was unable to sit properly for a long period of time. I booked an appointment at 2pm on a Thursday I waited till 3pm and I stayed 1 person behind that entire time. I decided to cancel and I booked again for Friday 2pm reception informed me I was next at 3.20pm and I was still waiting after 4pm. Waiting in there with children that long isn’t very pleasant.
Reception are useless
Waited 2 hours for my Telehealth appointment. When I called to see what the delay was it took over 20 minutes for reception to even answer the phone. This happens every single time I call the practice. Before having my baby, I was a senior medical receptionist and have applied to this practice and have been told there are no positions available but was told today that only 1 receptionist works there so are clearly understaffed.
Without miss, over 1.5hrs wait time every single time just to do a required d&a test for fifo workers
