I’m very unhappy with the way the girls at the reception talked to me,when I was asking something genuine after we visited the practice, receptionist requires customer service skills
The Doctors here, mainly female, are thorough and friendly. They make time to sort through things and get tests etc organised just to make sure. They have been so wonderful in hearing my concerns and looking into them. The reception staff are always friendly and professional and there’s a secure play area for little ones. They have many services available including onsite pathology.
I saw Dr. Malathy Myil with my autistic child. He hates doctors and I was praying that I get a good doctor. She was nothing short of amazing. She spent almost 30 mins with us making my son comfortable and being so thorough. He has been back to her another time since then and did not hesitate. We need great doctors like that.
