Everyone we have spoken with at this office has been more than helpful! We called to update our renters policy address. And found out we could save over $100 by switching and bundling our car and renters insurance! Juan was extremely helpful. He called GEICO and made sure our policy got canceled and that we got the proper refund back since our current policy wasn’t over yet.
Dale McMindes and his staff are great! Dale has always been ready to help with our insurance needs and provide us excellent coverage. His assistant Jessica Ryan, was so helpful with our glass claim. Knowledgeable, Professional, and more importantly very Personable! Thanks to all!

Hands down "The Best"! I was able to talk to a real person (no chat bots or AI), Dale handled the issue with our Insurance within 10mins. Don't spend an hour on a website chat, just call the local office! Would highly recommend for anyone looking or needing Insurance (real people, real help).
On 2/4/26, I received the highest professional assistance by Jessica Ryan. She assisted me in upgrading my own property insurance for better coverage, but also in purchasing rental insurance for my newly purchased rental property. Jessica is knowledgeable and very competent in her position. Additionally, she handled my questions with ease and made me feel very comfortable in asking questions with my limited knowledge regarding insurance. I have rated her with 5 stars based on her performance.
