Had to split a cost of a property line fence with a neighbor. Leo colluded with the neighbor (they have history) to make me pay a larger share. The only price I got was an inflated one from my neighbor while Leo refused to tell me the actual cost of the fence or even give me a copy of the written estimate because my neighbor asked him to.
