They left me a voicemail saying I hadn’t been in for awhile (I had moved out of state and just came back) and wanted to know if I’d still like to be a patient. I called back within a month of receiving that voicemail and was told I had to fill out new patient paperwork, mail it in, and then AFTER they took six weeks to process my paperwork, they would be able to schedule me an appt for 6-8 weeks away. I do not recommend this office if you have children. The nurse and Lisa were both incredibly rude. They BOTH put their hands on my child without my permission, one pushed her and swatted her hands and yelled at her, the other screamed at my special needs child “now you can go home” because she didn’t want to move from the bed to the chair because she DOESNT UNDERSTAND why we are there or why she had to move from where she was told to sit in the first place. We saw Dr. Deahn at Urgent Care in Olean. The experience was top notch from front office to the doctor to the imaging to the final diagnosis and plan.

Best medical office in the area. Great location and outstanding staff!
