The amazing team at Dale Kitchen and Bath completely remodeled our kitchen. Neil and Jennifer were a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning, helping us get every detail just right. Jennifer designed a kitchen for our home I would never have imagined I could have! Think going local is the way to go, think again. If you want to take advantage of the "lifetime warranty " better learn how to fix your cabinets yourself. I belive the sons name is Justin, he hides behind the girls in the front and will not return calls or email's. Sad but true
Dale's Kitchen & Baths went above and beyond. The customer service & finished product was exceptional. They built the kitchen cupboards to fix the kitchen not & the other way around. When I had questions they contacted me immediately. Neil understood my needs & delivered. Jen took my vision & designed a beautiful kitchen then the installers did an amazing job. I almost never write reviews but felt compelled once the job was done. Thanks so much Dale's Kitchens! I will be back for the next reno.
My kitchen went from blah and boring to beautiful when I went to Dale’s Kitchen. Neil and Jen were full of suggestions I had never even thought about. They are hardworking, they are perfectionists and they made the process fun. I would highly recommend them!! Thanks to Dale’s Kitchen!!
Writing a bad review isn’t something I usually do. But the guy at this place was not helpful and was being really rude. A gentleman (who over heard my conversation about under cabinet lighting with a Home Depot employee) came up to me in HD in Woodstock and told me to go to Dale Kitchen and Bath, they would be able to help me out since HD didn’t have what I needed.
