Very professional!!
He's listened and he's professional
Dr. Roberston was great. He was quick when he came in the room and to the point; however, the facility lacked urgency. Reception did not feel welcoming over the phone when I called or in person. When she saw someone she knew she became very enthusiastic - this should be met with any client. The lab center also took extremely long to be seen. Overall , appointment was at 9:30 and I didn’t leave until 11:30; entirely too long for lab work.
My experience was excellent. The office was very professional, I was seen promptly, and Dr. Roberston made the process smooth and easy. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed, and everything was handled with care and respect. Highly recommend!
