Amazing experience, I saw Alethea who looked after me so well. Knew exactly what I wanted, helped me decide on cut and colour and did a beautiful blowout to top it all off. Was great pricing, super friendly and end result was exactly what I wanted! Would visit her again in a heart beat!
Marion Bateman here. Michael is my husband. There are four keys to Dale James salon. Courtesy, customer service, craftsmanship and consistency. I always see Stefani; she is truly in a league of her own. The fifth element is that they are such a beautiful family. I live in Beverley which is 130kms east of Perth. However, the drive is well worth it. Also, I take my husband's elderly Aunt, Audrey, to have her hair done. She always says it is the most wonderful experience.
The best hair salon I’ve ever been to. Outstanding !! I had a wedding to get to and they took me in on a same day booking and had 3 staff fussing over me ensuring all was done in time. Impeccable service and I’m soo happy with my colour!! Thrilled Dale cut my hair and Michelle did the colour - soo good
