Fantastic Find! – I just had my first visit here last week, and I couldn't be happier. This is a great place for women - friendly, helpful staff and great doctors. After I complained about a bad experience with my last doc, a friend recommended I try seeing Dr. Fullemann. I needed to see someone right away, and while Dr. Fullemann was already full, they rearranged the schedule so I could see a Dr. Lakina. She was really sweet and didn't judge me - I felt very welcome. Great Doctor! – Doctor Cerda has been treating my entire family for 8 years. She has ALWAYS been wonderful. She has never refused to see any of us, even when she is fully booked. She has made time for us before and after office hours. Yes, I have had to wait a long time before, but no longer than I wait for any other doctor. I would highly recommend this doctor. She is dedicated , compassionate , and very well informed.
Great family practice clinic! – After many years at Kaiser, it was a breath of fresh air to find Dr. Fullemann. She really took the time to find out about my health problems, and was willing to listen to my concerns. I've been going here for almost four years, and I can honestly say my health has improved thanks to her. Like a lot of docs she can run behind, but that's because she actually takes time with her patients, and she was willing to fight with my insurance to get me a referral for a pain specialist. Awful people – By far, I have never been so insulted and mistreated in my life. The Burlingame Family Health clinic is filled with unprofessional, unknowledgable and down right incompetent doctors and staff who could care less about people. I was misdiagnosed for acid reflux, something (at the tender age of 21) should not have been perscribed strong antacids for. Dr. Fulleman racially profiles patients and sends off people who have foriegn names to her underpaid and unprofessional doctors who do not know what they are doing.... read more
Bad customer service! I went in there to taste different wedding cakes and I came out so disappointed. Bottom line is that the service was terrible and the cakes were not that tasty! The girl that helped me made me feel kind of stupid when I was asking questions about the different kind of icing used and the worst part was that the different cakes that I tasted were not that good. They have a variety of great looking cakes but I also wanted a cake that tasted good and I wanted to be treated nicely along the way...after all, ... read more
