I have heard AWFUL things about this doctor that she is a nightmare to work for. She treats her employees like crap. Doesn't she know that without her employees she would not have an office that runs smoothly? She cheats on their pay by paying them a very low low wage. But because some of these employees need the job then having no job they put up with her verbal abuse and the lousy pay. Great Doctor – I have been going to Dr Cerda for a few years now and although I do have to wait long periods sometimes, she is always very attentive to my issues and spends the time with me rather than rushing through because she is busy. I would and have recommended her.
HORRIBLE DR CERDA – WORST DR. IN SAN ANTONIO TX. after you tell her your syntoms all she will say well,,, i dont know you. I cant give you any meds. until i see the lab results. well ive been waiting for 2 weeks now and she still has not read my lab results, and her staff acts the same way that she does. ITS AN AWFUL SICKNING OFFICE HORRIBEL FURNITURE, and she is scary looking too.
Lazy Doctor – Do not expect her to do you any favors. She will complain, keep you waiting for hours while she is "too busy" to be a doctor, and half ass any insurance claim you need - not going far enough to get the job done. You will have to call your insurance company yourself to see what you need HER to do and she will give you sarcasm and fight you every step of the way - only to find out that a simple phone call or a fax was all you needed. RUN the Other Way! Quickly... – This practice is the worst I've ever been to. I was treated like an afterthought, and the doctors didn't really listen or care to listen and were very rude. The doctor I went to to get some details on a lab test did not offer much information, but just stated that everything was fine. She did not seem interested in taking time to walk me throught the results or explain anything. She even insulted me in a passive agressive manner!The Administrative staff was the worst. DR E DAVID PAMPE – HAVING SPENT LOTS OF TIME IN HOSPITALS AND IN DEALING WITH THE MEDICAL PROFESSION HE IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. HE DOES WHAT IS BEST FOR THE PATIENT. HE RELATED TO ME EVEN ON A PERSONAL LEVEL AND IS A GOOD LISTENER AS WELL AS OUTSTANDING BED SIDE MANNERS.
Rude staff – Doctor is nice but incompetent, also his staff have a horrible attitude with zero communication (Karen and Audrey) and no follow ups. Three weeks after I took blood test I had to call for results and that's when I found out that cholesterol is high and that i need to be put on Lipitor, I guess I'm lucky that I called. Receptionist Audrey is extremely rude and office manger Karen is uncooperative
Great Doctor – My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Cerda for over ten years. She has been caring, very well informed, and has been able to see us at a moment's notice. She is a family doctor, and we do see specialists in there is more medical expertise needed. As our family doctor she has become a trusted friend.
Couldn't have been more pleased! I got married this past spring and had so so so many options when it came time to choose a wedding cake. I went to at least five cake tastings before I decided to have HoneyMoon Sweets make my cake. This, honestly, was the easiest choice, and I feel like I wasted time trying to shop around! The staff was so friendly and answered all my questions. They helped me think up creative ideas for what my cake COULD look like, but let me have the final say.
