Doug did an outstanding job managing a long, multi-month repair. He worked closely with Dale Howard technicians and the Ford warranty division to make sure everything was handled correctly. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and made sure my needs were met. He also helped coordinate scheduling and provided loaner vehicles, which made a big difference. His professionalism and dedication turned a difficult situation into a positive experience.
Yesterday04/02/26 , @ 2 PM Dale Howard Auto Center , I had my 2025 Trailblazer washed inside/outside. I was very pleased with their work , very accommodating , visited with some of the staff , too. My husband , Leland always took our vehicles to Dale Howard’s , we bought all our vehicles from them. They are very welcoming !! 🥰
