Not a fan of the AI scheduling when you call in now. I had an 8 am appointment w/pick up and the system missed the pick up & drop off. I had to call the advisor and then they picked the van up a couple hours later. Just hire a person to schedule appointments so stuff doesn’t get missed. I’ve had issues scheduling online before too when the system didn’t assign a tech to the job so it didn’t get done when it was suppose to. I scheduled my oil change by calling Dale Howard's service department and a robot answered. The scheduling went well; I was able to pick a time for them to pick up my Grand Cherokee, and it was picked up as scheduled. It took a couple of subsequent phone calls from Dale Howard to complete the service, but it was pretty much paperless and made me smile!
