Easy to deal with and treated me fairly
The guys were nice I thought I was treated very nicely there. I've had experience in the past were mechanics would treat woman like they didn't know anything about cars so this was a refreshing experience at Dale Howards they were easy to talk to and if you had any questions they were ready to answer.
This dealership does a terrible job taking care of their customers. They will leave you sitting for long periods of time in their waiting room while your keys sit on a table. They also are incapable of doing completing anything more complex than an oil change right the first time. Their service department is completely inept in almost every way a service department could be.
