Today was my first time dealing with this guy. Its obvious the reviews on here are friends, family, acquaintances, and so forth. This guy has zero professionalism. He has a home listed in Maricopa for $1650 we are four adults with a combined income of $6000+/month yet he states we can not afford the $1650. Most rentals ask for income of 2-3 times which we make over the 3X amount. He seemed very "attacking" towards me when all he had to do was simply deny it and there.
