I took my mother to Drs. Roskos and Lentz for new dentures. Both doctors and their staff were exceptionally patient and caring throughout the entire process. They were very accommodating with my work schedule since the only time we could come in was late afternoon. I was very impressed by the doctors? professionalism with elderly patients and their skill. My mother required both new dentures and implants and she was fitted with minimal discomfort and pain. I highly recommend Dr. Lentz.

made appointment for wisdom teeth, not once, but twice they called to cancel/reschedule my appointment. Extremely unprofessional. I decided to go with another office.

The Paternalistic Salesmen?? During my consultation for a dental implant, Dr. Lentz was unprofessional, uninterested and uninviting of questions. As he walked into the room, he avoided eye contact with me and instead talked to the x-ray he was holding. When I brought it to his attention that I observed the young lady that took my x-rays share them with the front office receptionists over a laugh, I questioned as to what medical need-to-know basis they had to view my information. Dr. Lentz quickly sidestepped my concern by a... read more

Dale D Lentz Pc is GREAT This guy is great. I have had 5 implants done by him just using novacaine (I was awake) and the procedures were mostly painfree and trouble free. I did have problems with one of the implants that failed but he replaced it (at no additional charge) and now its good. Whenever I have a question he's available. His staff is professional. Perhaps a bit expensive but well woth it. I have since moved to California and am now looking for a new dentist but I'm considering flying back to Tempe to see him becau... read more

Very Professional & Pleasant I am currently a patient of Dr. Lentz. I am in the process of getting my second implant by him. The first one went very well and this one seems to be going well too. I did not get dry socket thankfully. Dr. Lentz is probably the best oral surgeon I've ever had. Office is not glamorous but it is comfortable and everyone is very nice. I have total confidence in Dr. Lentz and would refer him to anyone without hesitation. He even called me later that evening to see how I was doing after my extraction... read more

I had a tooth pulled and Dr. Lentz made me feel so comfortable and they took very good care of me. He even called himself a day later, on the weekend, to see how I was feeling. Everyone there are extremely freindly and helpful. I will be going back for my implant. The cost of it was very reasonable due to my insurance. Thanks!

Painless tooth removal. Fast work, great staff, reasonable price. Would return for more work.

I had one impacted wisdom and he recommended removal of all four of them (same price either way and wisdoms aren't very useful as is) to relieve the pressure on the jawbone and to allow the teeth more room. All I can say is he was right on. Gassed me up a little (had the poor doc laughing at my jokes), stuck in an IV, count down from 5 (4, 3, 2, crash), wake up a little drowsy (no nausea, which is usually a major problem for me), and a friend drove me home. 3 hours later, very little oozing, blood or swelling, clean and I co... read more

Would not recommend to anyone. Dr Lentz was referred to me by my personal dentist to get my wisdom teeth pulled. His staff was wonderful, and as friendly as ever, but I arrived at 1:30pm and did not leave until 5:30 pm, after they told me it would take 20-30 minutes for the procedure. After giving me oxygen, I was very uncomfortable and felt as if i could not breathe and they paid no attention. While putting in the IV for anesthetic, Dr Lentz missed my vein and threw the needle into the sink, and attacked my arm again while ... read more
