AVOID at all costs!!!! Dale is the absolutely worst cleaning outfit in Columbus. I have no idea how they even stay in business. Your clothes come back looking like they were run over by a truck and then if you complain, they yell at you. If you call and say that something is wrong with your clothes, they just hang up on you. They have a strict policy not to pay for any damages they do to your clothes even if you can absolutely prove that it was their fault.
