I encourage everyone to take this course if you haven't already. Life lessons both at home, and in the workplace are taught using Dale Carnegie's principles. The staff of Mark Roberts, and Kara Hankins was with us every step of the way and was available to us at any time away from the normal class time and we never felt lost, and they were very explanatory if any doubts or confusion arose. Job well done by both of you!
So grateful to have gained this knowledge. The principals we learn throughout the class have made me into a better leader, friend and person all together. My professional life has blossomed and I am very excited for the future. The instructors are honest, genuine, and have lead me to gain invaluable life skills. I highly recommend this to anyone who is open to introspection and learning more about how to manage people.

After my 12 week training program, I am energized. I shared this time with a wonderful group of amazing students and instructors. The folks at Dale Carnegie are top notch. I've thoroughly enjoyed their classes. And have benefited both on a professional and personal level. The material is useful and applicable to an extent that I've plugged my staff into some of their programs as well. I highly recommend to anyone that is seeking to improve.
Really amazing training. I took away many principles I will be able to use in order to build great relationships and give our customers a Wow Customer Experience.
