This company worked on my parents' house after a flood in 2020, as the insurance company refused to allow a local builder to take the job. They were shoddy workers, extremely unprofessional and took shortcuts everywhere they could. We have faulty plaster, bad wiring, and rotten skirting boards, and are still working to undo the damage they did. They were abusive when bad work was pointed out. Under no circumstances should you use this company. They made an already heartbreaking situation worse for my elderly parents.

I had an excellent experience with Dale Maintenance. They renovated my bathroom and tackled all the issues in my hall, stairs, landing and office with great care and professionalism. Mark, the project manager, was outstanding - solution-focused, incredibly hard-working and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Gavin, Anthony and Kevin, whose workmanship and attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

My mother and I have been trying to book an electrical test for our caravan for the last 3 weeks, the staff on the phones are nice but no help as it seems only one person in the whole company handles electrical testing. We eventually got a date after calling everyday, multiple times a day and having to basically beg. On the day booked the engineers turned up and we gave property access and have heard nothing!
