Bought a used bike just that was under 2 years old that had an issue with the cruise control and brakes 6 weeks after purchase. Dale kept trying to handball me to the manufacturer rather than deal with the repair as he is legally obligated to do under warranty, repeated lied about his responsibilities under consumer law, and kept insisting I ride a bike the manufacture told me was unroadworthy and my insurer informed me was not covered in the event of an accident.
