1st picked my bathroom, half not delivered on time after 10 weeks from ordering.( had to wait). If we would of know the trouble with the fitters (not turning up, rushing, cracked tiles, putting cupboard doors on upside down and shocking communication till he wanted payment) would of gone elsewhere. Been 6 stressful weeks from when they started and its still not finished.
The showroom is amazing with so many choices and great prices. We had Mark and Chris to fit our en suite and a new bath who were fabulous really nice and couldn’t do enough and went above and beyond to fix things that that we never knew needed fixing just a brilliant experience all round will definitely use Dale Bathrooms and Mark again
We have always found Dale Bathrooms extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional from designing to supplying products. I have no hesitation of recommending Phil, Tom and the team from the experience we have had with the company for our en-suite and bathroom purchase and after sales service.
Excellent range of free standing baths.
Very good, great selection of everything needed for a new bathroom, and very helpful staff. We ordered a bath & fittings but nearly 3 weeks later have not heard anything. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Hope it's soon
