Had a trip to Johnson Shut ins and Elephant rock state park in our beautiful 2022 Pacifica. Arrived in the area on a late Saturday evening and of course had a tire pop on us in the middle of a county road with no one around to assist... It was going to ruin the trip and couldn't get ahold of anyone EXCEPT for Jeff! Then, like a super hero JEFF came out and rescued us (5 people) and got us where we needed to go with 5 minutes to spare before the Walmart in Farmington was going to close. We were stuck when our truck broke down in Mineral Point. Our AAA Road Side Assistance sent Custom Auto. We can’t speak highly enough about this company and Randy our tow truck driver. Never have your vehicle towed, by AAA, to this place and get a verbal quote, from the OWNER, of a $50 diagnostic fee and he would call for an OK BEFORE they do ANY actual work! These people did $308 worth of work WITHOUT asking. They refuse to release the vehicle! They ARE A1 SCAMMERS!
Got us in last second and gave us a emergency repair, extremely friendly and great service!
