Surgery has gone downhill in recent years. Very unhelpful staff - made to feel like every request is a chore for them. Repeat prescriptions usually arrive late to pharmacy, or not at all. Very rude to patients.
This is possibly the worst surgery in Ayrshire... Every gp in this practice is simply, obnoxious and rude. No wonder people dont get diagnosed early,,, with GPS like this !!!!
The ladies at the reception are so welcoming and professional on every possible health related issue information we required , made me and my family feel at home and gave us the most wonderful feeling of confidence possible.
