If I could give a zero, I would. Rude, condescending, patronizing, accusatory, and belittling. Waited over 3 hours for 10 minutes of his time and there were only 8 people ahead of me. Don’t waste your time, especially if you’re really sick. He acts like he doesn’t believe you.
