Love the location! So close to I24 and shopping. The community is peaceful with beautiful tree-lined views.
BUYERS BEWARE….sales process wonderful (go figure) any warranty issues…goodluck. I’ll be seeking an attorney next week. Do Not buy Dalamar Homes…they hope you give up hope and go away, but that’s not going to happen. Keep your word builders because at this point all they’ve done is lie and stall. Thank goodness I’ve kept a paper trail and all call/message logs. I’d give -0 stars if that was as option. Hamlet at Carothers Crossing…do not purchase here.
