Not only does Daniel Lopes have a Home Improvement Contractor license, he recently obtained his Construction Supervisors License.(C.S.L.) He is the consummate professional.
Daniel and his team renovated a floor of my house and replaced a large walk-in closet with a new bathroom. The work and communication were outstanding. My wife and I are very pleased. We are expecting a child and had a deadline to finish the project, but the job was completed two weeks early! Highly recommend

Daniel and his team are the BEST! DAL has completed multiple projects (9 in 2023) for our 1894 Cambridge triple decker including replacing the entire three-story rear deck structure and a complete bathroom remodel. DAL can do anything, always with integrity, competence and at a fair price - 110% recommend.
