Used dal for atleast 3 service calls. No issues very nice. I think they need a receptionist for calls though because they are very hard to get ahold of and calls back from. Service was always accurate though.

I have been trying to get my icemaker repaired since July. First it was a relay but still didn't make ice. Advised we needed a new icemaker. I called and texted multiple times about the status. Part was on "backorder" every time. Now no updates since late August. I requested a refund several times and now I've been ghosted. I'm filing a case in small claims court because I feel scammed. Probably the WORST people that you could work with.. they do not communicate, they can’t be contacted, or they don’t call back. Going on 3 weeks without a fridge because frigidaire wants to work with this trash company. If they make you go through them you might as well get something new. Frigidaire can’t even get ahold of these guys. We had throw all of our groceries away and don’t have any answers all we get is theirs nothing they can do… I have a good idea close your garbage company.
