Good reliable people at the docks. I had an easy time getting someone to help me and guide me through the loading process. Though i didn't have the correct sized unit they still worked with me on making it work by redistributing the pallet height by moving boxes around. They definitely go above and beyond here , other drivers should just be patient because some days they could be understaffed.
I loved working with these people. Despite having been dealing with freight that required a 20ft truck they still somehow made it work! They were so polite and understanding about the place I was in. After leaving I was still feeling the afterglow of their positivity!
Worst customer service in the industry.
