1/5 Extremely disappointing experience. I waited for 45 minutes after placing my order, and not a single staff member checked on my table or gave any update. The service was unorganized and unprofessional. I finally decided to leave without eating because the staff didn’t seem to care. Definitely the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service.
Our appetizer came late and when it came it was cold. The main course also was ok. We were wondering why there was no one on a Saturday night and we learnt the reason.
We went for the weekend buffet, and every dish tasted great. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a wide variety of flavorful foods.
