The customer service was absolutely terrible. I spoke with someone named Olivia, and she sounded completely dead and miserable, which made me wonder if she was even fit to be on the phone. There was zero courtesy, zero professionalism, just a forced "thank you" at the end, and that was it. The behavior is unacceptable. It's certainly not how things are typically handled here in Canada!
I've had my equipment serviced here for several years and can confidently say the mechanics do excellent, high-quality work.
