According to multiple guest this place is infamous for car break ins. Security was useless especially after seeing footage. Thief’s were in the lot driving around scouting cars for over 5 minutes and security didn’t notice? Within 10 minutes of me arriving and going inside the venue my car was already broken into. Rough area and wouldn’t put my guests at risk for what is supposed to be a pleasant experience into a head ache. First and last time there.
I just had my daughter quinceañera here 2 weeks ago. This place is clean, plenty of parking, spacious and beautiful. I had no issues everything went smoothly Chris was wonderful to work with. Yes he has rules which are not out of the ordinary if your renting out your venue and want to keep it up for others to enjoy. We’ve had multiple events here and owner of the venue has ruined each of our events for the stupidest things. Especially the rude security’s he hires. And is so expensive and charges extra for ever little thing. I do not recommend. I recommend metropolitan venue in Renton.
