As a trucker if you ever get a trip to this place, pass the offer up and take another load instead. They have no sense of urgency and WILL make you miss your next appt. Slow slow slow. Worst place to deliver to.
They're constantly messing up orders. They don't give you credits for your returns. They apparently are NOT trained to read receipts according to Victor. They will send you double of the same glass & charge you for it.. Then you have to wait a week for return credit if you even get one at all. They're complete crooks.. I typically order parts over phone & pay with check.. They gave me the option to order online after 5pm but before 7pm. I ordered a glass they didnt have an option pay with check.. Your driver was talking on the phone while driving today, almost hit somebody because he failed to yield.
Mr. J. Bennet, I know why the driver(s) got to your place so fast. They run way over the speed limit. Just a few minutes ago one of the Dakotand trucks came roaring down our residential street, speed limit is 25 mph, & had to be doing close to 40. How I took note of the company name was one of their trucks past me about a week ago doing an easy 50 on a road marked 40 mph. Those drivers are an accident waiting to happen. I will let family members in MN & IA know of this company, for sure.
