Very rude swore a lot dirty
Excellent communication & friendly staff !
Tried to Repo my sisters car … wasn’t the right car not even the same year , never checked the VIN # and didn’t have the Repo order on hand !!! Pretty Shady for a supposedly professional repossession company … more like a GTA than a Repo !!! Watch your cars people !!!!!!
I don't appreciate how any these people act on calls at the company. Been months since the vehicle was taken "FREELY" then the people at this company don't know understand people's frustrations, confusions, and like to argue back and forth with customer, talk over them,and hang up calls. I never thought I'd have write this kind of response, but I'm not being put up as the bad guy in 2024. Gary Sortland should hire better people to pick up for his company's phone. Just saying
Honestly really difficult representatives, wasn’t willing to help out within a small timeframe. I know I’m not entitled to it but they won’t let me get personal items when I have the key. Lose the attitude sassy boy.
