This place is terrible, rude service, they wouldn't let me get my stuff, I'm truly disappointed with the childish acts of the staff
My family have been using these units for a couple of years. Now all of a sudden they were raising prices and wanting to buy our units back or they would permanently lock us out of our units.
Dakota Self Storage is a clean and well run facility. We are very comfortable knowing our property is safe and secure. The rates are fair and the billing process is simple. We have rented for almost two years and access our unit often. Maneuvering is easy with plenty of room in the lanes for a pickup and trailer. I highly recommend!
Unfortunately my family and I’s experience with the owner of this property was anything but good. Extremely unprofessional. I’d highly recommend getting a very secure contract. Provide a will if you have one. Make sure it’s stated that if a death occurs they will turn over the storage unit to the appropriate legal person. They allowed someone who wasn’t on the unit nor was the persons next of kin to gain access illegally. Even when supporting court documents were provided. Extremely well kept and secure units. Fence and cameras to keep everything safe. Owner bends over backwards to accommodate for tenants. Would highly recommend
