I don't normally go out of my way to write a review, but my experience at Dakota Ridge has been awful. I would come in, tell the doctor about the issues I was experiencing, and would get a blood test. Barely a response on what the blood tests meant, no follow up. It was like pulling teeth trying to convince them to actually treat me. Didn't realize how bad it was until I starting seeing another doctor in a different state. The last time I was here, I had a good experience. Everything went smoothly. Today, Dr. Garcia was 30 minutes late. She only shows up after I asked a couple of their staff members about her tardiness. One of their staff responded rudely saying she is with another patient and that I can reschedule, without any regards for my time. The front desk staff has been friendly but working with our primary care physician has been a nightmare. Shaming my son, dismissing my views on non medicinal exemption for vaccinations. I will not be going here anymore. My entire family did not feel cared for by her. There were other physicians that we worked with also that were strange in their approach. Not sure how to put it into words. Just not genuine.
I love this practice. I’ve been going to them since 2014. I now live in Denver and still use them the past 6 years since I moved. I always see either Melissa or Alyssa and they are both great!
Went in as a new patient, Dr. Ashley Garcia was very unhelpful with anything. Sounded like she was going off a script following steps on the computer. Was not able to get my thyroid rx filled for 3 weeks and has been the worst visit I’ve had to a Dr. Highly un recommended!
