2nd time for the same problem on a new jeep. Customer service manager straight lied about giving a call with update by 5pm on today 3/28. That couldn't give 2 F**ks about leaving my step daughter with no vehicle for work or baby issues. Said it was a star issue to jeep. This means nothing to me.a $28000.00 nothing. No vehicle, no loaner, no care about the customer. Seems they forgot their own pledge.

On November of 2025, I had an appointment to have a passenger side airbag replaced due to a recall for my Jeep. I dropped it off and received a phone call within 30 minutes to inform me that although their system said that there was one stock, they could not find it. Fast forward to March 26, 2026. Cliff and David were so great to work with. The whole buying process was so easy, and they did all the work with very minimal impact on my daily life. Sometimes you feel pressured or pushed into buying a vehicle but that was not the case with these two. I will definitely be back when it is time to purchase another vehicle. Thanks guys.

Purchased a 2024 Ford Maverick a month ago, and they sold it to me as a UNICORN!!!!! There isn't one of these within 1000 miles, which they blatantly lied to me about. The day I bought it, driving down the road, the check engine light came on. I tried several times to get them to call me back, and they wouldn't. I emailed my DINO and said we can't do anything; you would have to pay $ 134 to have it checked, and they wouldn't even be able to do the work if it were a warranty issue. They were great during the sales process. When i picked my brand-new vehicle up it had chipped paint on the bumper and they were going to fix it. This was back in September and i'm still waiting. Also i'm having issues with the car and they are useless to deal with to get the vehicle to them to have it fixed. Save some time and aggravation and take your business elsewhere.
