Stay away from 6th st se Minot apartments.. Zero parking available recieved multiple tickets and tows. Snow plows and garbage trucks have left messages with the city due to not being able to service the area. Apartment complex has been notified... Multiple homes are speaking with city and church's to find a solution...
All military stay away from these people. They will find any excuse to take your money when you leave. We moved out Aug 20 and only inspected the apartment a week or 2 ago. So they waited til our apartment got dirty. Then took our whole deposit. And they charged 7hrs of cleaning. That apartment was clean before we left. It's not our first place to rent. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with these people.
Do not expect your deposit returned even if you clean the property, they will take advantage of you. They know that if you move out it will be more hassle to come back so they make up exaggerated claims to keep your deposit. Apartment was clean and damages had been previously documented prior to move-in but still claimed that I caused damage and nit picked every spec of dust they could find. I’ve been very pleased with the management here! Caydra has been wonderful to work with and has worked with us through this wild month before we move out! She’s always made sure any issues we had were taken care of within a very timely manner and solved! She’s made it a great first place for my family to move into for our first year here in North Dakota! Thank you for being so understanding, Caydra!
