I couldnt afford a divorce attorney so I just matched with here, filled out my app and honestly very quickly got back with a female lawyer (A.K.), she was friendly and we met and discussed what I needed done, she told me she would handle everything and and turn in my paperwork and not to worry. An application was filled out and we were contacted by Emily at Dakota Plains Legal Services in April 2025 saying they would be able to help us. Emails then continued after the phone calls requesting more documents and proof of things. Once given all that info it went dead. She has stopped replying to emails, won’t return phone calls, just sittin on it?!? This has been 3 mos of frustration. You call the office and never get a chance to actually talk to someone. Dont bother with this place if you have a deadline talk about a waste of time... they call you just to tell you they will contact you at a later date... only to then tell you they cant help... keep looking for legal help cause they wont be any!!!
