Really funny Dakota partners build multiple apartment complexes. They use a nobody HVAC company systems. Haven’t been up for even a year and I’ll be able to use mine. I’ve been without a week for AC. All the bills have been out all summer with this heat wave you go to email them on their email they give you on the website. If there was a zero for this developer I would give them that. They built Railyard apartments in concord NH and there a mess! Nothing was done right they need to be shut down and not build anything!
This company needs to stop buying property until they pay their contractors. They owe over a million dollars to contractors in Richmond, VA. Work has stopped and there sits the half built buildings. The CEO travels to London for a family vacation, as contractors struggle to keep their businesses open from non payment by Dakota. Shame on you, Mark Daigle! Would give no stars if it would let me.
They don't pay the workers the paychecks they've EARNED! Shut it downnnnnn
