Charged my credit card but never shipped item. No one answers their phone and no voicemail option is given. They do not have an email address or way to contact them other than the non-working phone. Do a search for complaints and you will see a long list of people with a similar problem. This is a fraudulent company and I have referred my issues to the MN attorney General
