It is negligent and dangerous to promise clients a follow up phone call and then neither do it or provide promised resources after the client called back themselves ( three times without getting the promised help)
Once upon a time I trusted this place, and it a was a life saver. This time I went in with some self harming feelings, and they called the police on me, and I was taken to providence. If I wanted to go to providence, I would have... this place has outlived its usefulness to missoula. Regulations, budget cuts, and the current staff have destroyed this once safe place to turn for help.
This is no longer a place you can trust. I went in for help and the police showed up. No drugs, alcahol or threatening on my part. They just felt they "couldn't help me" at that facility. I knew what I needed, and wanted. It certainly wasn't to be detained and taken to providence for a week.
Very nice house lovely staff i enjoyed my stay i recommend them to anyone who needs help
Amazing place when you need mental health help. The people are amazing and really care about their clients. Would highly recommend them to anyone
