Amazing service and products! We had Family Floors and Furniture put in new hard flooring and carpet upstairs and loved it so much and it was affordable and decided to get our down stairs done too! I would recommend Family Floors and Furniture hands down!

We bought some pretty engineered wood floors from there. It came in quickly, but we ordered a stair nose and it took a few weeks. It ended up holding up my contractor so he couldn't finish the job, so they ended up giving us one that matched, just a different type of wood and charged us $5 more than it costs them and made it sound like we were lucky they didn't charge us for the freight, even though originally they said they would throw it in for free.
