Dr. Erhardt is my favorite eye doctor ever since I started seeing her the last several years. She explains things in a way I can understand and is very knowledgeable about issues she is following regarding my vision and the conditions that could affect that. Also, her “bedside manner” is so great, and I never feel “dumb” or that I’m being “talked down to.” Everything is well explained and she makes sure I understand things that are happening or possibilities in the future.
I would not recommend Dakota Eye Institute. My daughter wanted contacts, and we were charged $120 for the required contact lens training/class. The class was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, not worth anywhere near the amount charged. Other than trying to help her physically put in the contacts, the “training” largely consisted of giving her a list of videos to watch before she even got there.
