No call, no show! When I called them to see where they were, I said I had an appt scheduled and asked if we were still on, the person who answered the phone sounded perplexed and repeated, "This is Dakota Electric." To which I replied, "I know. I have an appt with you and one of your guys was supposed to be here 10 minutes ago." She had no idea how to handle a phone call. Our experience was great. Detailed work, professional, friendly. Was on time to complete our work.
Work to install an electrical line for a hot water heater was done correctly and timely, but clean up after installation was less than a giid job. The person never cleaned the wood shavings from the holes that were drilled. Wood peices over our freezer, floor, my travel bag, and bits and pieces on the floor from the hot water heater to the breaker box. I was very happy with the service Mike Z. provided. Came out promptly right after a big snow storm and worked verd hard under difficult circumstances.
