2 stars over all on Google should let you know. The customer service is the worst I've delta with. I it does not seem like they are there to service the customer at all but all down to you and cut you off everytime you speak. Really ridiculous
So my energy bill is going up because you hired more people and you want me to pay their salaries.. that’s what I gathered from a franchise letter! Typical… So you’re taking an extra 6 bucks from everybody that’s already paying taxes to fund the same things? And what, you’re going to claim the tax break for a charitable donation? People best get a form to get their money back. What you are doing is illegal in more than one way.
Scumbag forcing customers to pay additional $3.95 through bank account. Very worse company with poor customer service.
Sent word salad letter and refused to explain it. Blew me off and told me to ask the city. Don't send me nonsense letters on matters about which you know nothing.
