If I could give ZERO stars I would. The customer service from DIANA was so rude and disrespectful. I’ve never experienced something like this before. If you don’t want to deal with customers, QUIT! They didnt take my payment automatically, so I paid through the quikpay service. I asked them to refund one of the charges, they told me I can keep it as a credit or call them and my bank via conference call to "verify the funds are there"(they overdrew my account no problem, but are hijacking my money and want me to call their customer service people with access to my bank through the call.) Members Service kept ending my calls without answering. Having to wait for an available agent isn't fun, but is expected. Having to keep calling over and over again because you keep disconnecting my call is inexcusable.

They over charged me by over $200 in June. They stated today that I should have received the money back on June 30. I have yet to see that money. Now, it is taking them, so far, to hours to figure it if they can write a check. It’s one thing to take the money that people owe you, but a whole mother thing when they take more and then refuse, for over a month, to give it back. Very poor customer service.
