Erin was amazing to work with over the phone. Sometimes you just never know how one call can change things. I appreciate her. She was very helpful.
Very poor customer service. I have never spoke with any rep that sounded like there were happy to work. All are very dry and rude
Lived in Burnsville since 2019. Never had an issue with Dakota Electric. Kind of expensive at some times especially when AC is run in the apartment I was living in. Their payment plan needs a bit of updating but it works. I just hate how many passwords you have to authenticate to pay.
Made changes to their payment platform and then threaten to turn off your electricity. I have never missed a payment. Joke of a place.
