This company is ran worse than the state of Minnesota....
I haven’t had issues with them in the past, but these goobers literally didn’t tell anybody they were changing billing carriers so everybody’s bill is now past due. There was no notice only a little blurb on the bottom of every everyone’s bill so no one saw it. Then, when you call them about questions, you are on hold for 50 minutes with no one picking up. Joke
The worst billing department and the worst billing website I've ever experienced. They erased all my banking information. I reentered all my information. They did not take my payment out of my bank account and blamed my bank. 6 months later Now I have to reenter all my banking information again there's a new fee of $3.95 for all online payments. Auto pay is supposed to be free but the Login fails every time and the process to email link fails continuously. They probably did this deliberately to force members to go to another... read more
They have a rebate program for installing an electric car charger but they take a long time (literally months) to process the rebate. Very slow and poor customer service.
The amount of bad reviews this company has and nothing seems to be done about, Spoke with Shelly who was and has been rude before and looking at reviews she's been reported before in the reviews. The worst customer service I've received. They talk and treat you like you don't matter because you need electricity anyway.
