Made changes to their payment platform and then threaten to turn off your electricity. I have never missed a payment. Joke of a place.
The worst billing department. My first day moving in my little Apt I called to set up service for the first time. After I gave the lady my info she said, " if your lying we will call the police". And the worst billing website I've ever experienced. Dec 2024 They erased all my banking information. I reentered all my information. They did not take my payment out of my bank account and blamed my bank. 6 months later Now I have to reenter all my banking information again there's a new fee of $3.95 for all online payments. Terrible service. Greedy. Example: adding a $3 fee to pay online. Hello? This isn't 1990 anymore, everyone pays online. Nobody else charges a fee to pay their standard bills.
This company is ran worse than the state of Minnesota....
I haven’t had issues with them in the past, but these goobers literally didn’t tell anybody they were changing billing carriers so everybody’s bill is now past due. There was no notice only a little blurb on the bottom of every everyone’s bill so no one saw it. Then, when you call them about questions, you are on hold for 50 minutes with no one picking up. Joke
