Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I spoke with two different people who were very rude. I called last week to change Account Information for Auto Withdrawal. I wasn't able to do it. Person on phone, was very rude. She wanted to charge more money to change Account Information. They need to have classes on how to talk to... read more

If I could, I would give 0 stars. But sadly, I can't. I moved into an apartment in February of this year, which uses Dakota Electric for our electricity bill. I... read more
Terrible email support. Entirely unhelpful. Website design is shotty, limiting my access to info and support refuses to give me access to that info so I am blindly paying my monthly bills.
