My daughter born overseas I am in the process trying bring her so they need a proof I was leaving in my address so I want to Dakota electric associates they was able print me my billing statement starting from 2018 up to 2024 thanks to the team who help me.
I dont do reviews, but this is actually an abysmal company who have NO working website and their phone line to pay with CC (where they force you to pay 3.95 every time, very good business model if you're a scumbag) only works mon-friday 7am to 5pm when it's not even a real person you are talking to, it is a bot. What is the purpose??? Makes absolutely no sense and they have virtually no option for autopay that works to avoid this crap. It was set up before but they still insist to send paper bills 2 weeks late to our mailbox... read more
Bad service horrible staff and even worse customer service and racist staff
This company only wants to make payment plans if you will pay every 2 weeks like you don't have other expenses. They also have limited customer service hours, but you don't have to wait on hold to talk with someone at least to be told you have to make payments every 2 weeks so that's nice I guess
