We were driving home from California after a funeral and see family when our alternator died. We were able to call an talk with them, they verified that they had the alternator in stock and helped us feel comfortable driving the truck in instead of paying for a tow. They then got us in quickly replaced the alternator and got us on our way as quickly as possible. To say I am grateful doesn't seem like enough! Thank you so much to all who helped us today!
Michelle is less than helpful. Don’t bother speaking to her, if she claims she will call you back, she will not. Waited several days for a “diagnostic” that was supposed to take an hour. Company did an oil change on the car, that we stated to be done ONLY AFTER we discussed the “diagnostic” & pricing. Michelle was rude when we tried calling for the information. She expected us to ok work on the truck, before anything was even explained. No Diagnostic information was ever provided. Was charged over 300 for an oil change that ... read more
