Our Contractor/Builder connected us with Dakota in February of 2024 to assist us with our cabinets for our kitchen, bathrooms, and basement kitchenette in our custom home build. Every interaction that we had whether by phone, email or in person was always professional, respectful and positive. We were clear on what we envisioned for our home but they added suggestions that elevated our hopes and the finished product. Cabinets were installed in our new home by Dakota. During installation, all holes drilled for hardware had large splinters of wood sticking out into drawers. Only by threatening to withhold payment could they be forced back to correct the problem. New drawers were installed. However, now that we’ve been here a couple months, we have several drawers and cabinet doors that are not aligned and/or don’t close properly. They also installed the island in the kitchen crooked, a problem that is now likely not correctable. We have no... read more
