My front door was kicked in, my bedroom door was broken down and the door knob was stolen. Baltazar and Jose came and fixed the front door the same day in the rain and replaced my bedroom door. They were very respectful and efficient with the repairs and I’m very appreciative!
Want to live in an apartment complex that doesn't care its residents haven’t had hot water for an entire weekend! Look no further! Not even a single update on when we can expect to have hot water again but that 1500 a month better be paid on the 1st…. Edit morning number 3 if no hot water my service Request was closed with no explanation or no update on when the hot hour will be turned back on. Baltazar and Jose are my go to guys. Very professional and knowledgeable of their jobs. I appreciate these guys. I had a issue within my apartment and they were there in a timely manner, found and fixed the issue without hesitation.. To have men who understand their job is a must have.
