Grandson and nephew moved in a week ago from another city in Texas and already having extreme rodent issues with little resolution, having to spend his own money to plug holes where the rodents are entering due to maintenance not properly addressing the issue other than just putting down poison. This issue will be well documented and recorded for the health department to step in, unless the property lets him out of his lease and pay him back his money. This places deserves 0 stars. Been here 1 week and my kitchen flooded after taking a shower. Maintenance showed up to look, said they’d come back the next day and didn’t show up. Opened my pantry and a huge rat ran out. That night I heard a bunch of them scurrying in the walls. A neighbor informed me the complex is known for rats and my section is the worst. Just signed a 15 month lease. This is crazy
Fix the hot water now this is outrageous
REAL TIME REVIEW !!!! Building 18 is in day 3 with no hot water. We living like pilgrims and the front office has no answers
Everyone minds their business, it’s quiet and affordable rent. Maintenance team is good, sometimes they have to come out more than once but it gets done. The best addition to the front office is Sami . She is a breath of fresh air and always friendly and pleasant to work with.
