This community has been a wonderful place to call home, so far, it's been a very clean, well-maintained environment with great amenities. The community feels peaceful and welcoming, and I appreciate the exceptional staff who are consistently friendly and responsive. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly or going out of their way to assist with questions, Mayra and her team make living here an easy and enjoyable experience.
No one answered the phone, it just rings for a few minutes and the line disconnects. Trying to conduct rental verification for a tenant.
YUCK! AVOID!!! This was by far the WORST apartment experience of my life! Roaches!!! It was awful and no matter what we tried we couldn't get rid of them. Our AC didn't work ALL SUMMER and we had a freaking baby. I was sick majority of our lease due to the MOLD but nothing was done to fix it. No matter how many times you put in a request they don't care and nothing gets fixed. Run far away. These are the worst apartments in this area. WORST APARTMENT EVER‼️ (things I’ve been through since I moved here) If you want to move here because you think it’s a good area and or cheap don’t. I woke up one morning and my restroom and kitchen were flooded I had to throw away all my floor mats, my car was towed($380)to get it out. They constantly email you about certain things you can be fine for it could be the smallest thing. They’re so broke. They try finding a way to make money out of residence. Car got towed at 8:16 am saying that I was parked in 2 parking spots. I was parked over the white line close to the fence as all the other vehicles are trucks or oversized SUV’s. Now the pictures only shows my car over the line and a open space on one side what happened to the picture showing 2 spaces being taken. The other vehicle that I was parked next to was over the line which in turn causes others to park over the line.
