Every time it rains hard you get a new amenity(flooding) that will last a hour after the rain stops. I had pointed out multiple time an area that tends to flood and now there is an hole in the grass part by the storm drain area on building 21. If a resident were to be walking a dog over in that area it could lead to a broke bone as it’s an hole when the soil caved in and goes deep into the storm drain for example. 3rd Update: again got a comment from “the owner” on this exact review, to call to try and help/fix their mistakes years ago now. I called the front desk/management and was told by whoever answered the phone there that “I don’t know who the owner is and we’re closing in 5 minutes anyways.” The front office employees ALL need to be replaced. Otherwise this business is going to have to rename the apartments AGAIN and try to start over. 2nd UPDATE: it’s been over 7 years and owner commented wanting to “make it better right” but unless they plan on giving me a full refund for what they charged me($450 to fix things we DID NOT BREAK OR MESS UP) and the $500 deposit the flat out STOLE. I tried to call after the owners response and NEVER got contacted again. I hope this business goes bankrupt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. They change the name of it but keep the horrible/shady business practices and do nothing to change maintenance and how management r... read more
