Well. now that our lease is coming to an end i can finally leave an honest transparent review…. This place deserves zero stars due to many reasons. They willingly show apartments infested with rats and rent them to people, front office has never been the friendliest, the managers are never there and “on call maintenance” lets hope you’d never need ac fixed on weekends. Hot water has been off for days upon days oh and crazy neighbors lighting things on fire. Good riddance with this place. Much rather live in my car.
I’ve stayed here two years ago. Isn’t it odd that for every bad review they have they have three five star reviews that follow. This place is a trap financially and mentally.
Don't live here. Seriously, just don't. I lived at Rayford's Edge Apartments for 9 years, and I can honestly say that leaving was one of the best decisions I've made. After almost a decade of living here, I feel like I've earned the right to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision before signing a lease. My reasons for a bad review: - It floods so bad with light consistent rain that I’m terrified for flood season. Literal dumpers float away and my car flooded and we had to replace it, putting us in a horrible financial situation. - There isn’t enough parking for the amount of people here. - Complex emailed us saying to move our cars because of flooding, we did. We were both towed. - Our bathroom shower/tub has broken pipes on the inside of the walls and causes the downstairs residents to flood. It’s been like this for MONTHS... read more
