We’ve lived here 3 plus years and do like it and will probably stay. Just an annoying that they close maintenance requests before completion. Last one was an emergency flood from our ceiling on March 08, 2026 through the exhaust vent in our master bathroom at 1 AM. Maybe flow was one gallon per hour discovered upon waking ~ 1 AM. Our apartment was already flooded when we were awaked and my wife and I spent 4 plus hours elevating our Ethen Allen dining room set and sweeping water out our front door. Started my lease in January. Nothing but a positive experience - well maintained, good amenities, helpful staff.
Lived here from 2019-2026. Maintenance crew is friendly and acts quickly. This place is fine just keep your expectations low. Example: each response to a bad review here is a packaged response which is par for the course. Leasing office staff turns over frequently and are hard to contact unless you go talk to them in person. The unit we were in is now listed for +$600 from what we were paying. Leaving after three years. Some of the lowlights from this time: -Staff leaving my front door unlocked after maintenance was done while I was at work, allowing an unsecured unit all day. -Allowing a landscaping pipe to burst, with water pooling for hours until I got home from work and noticed, with their full team feet away in the office.
