Lived here from 2019-2026. Maintenance crew is friendly and acts quickly. This place is fine just keep your expectations low. Example: each response to a bad review here is a packaged response which is par for the course. Leasing office staff turns over frequently and are hard to contact unless you go talk to them in person. The unit we were in is now listed for +$600 from what we were paying. Leaving after three years. Some of the lowlights from this time: -Staff leaving my front door unlocked after maintenance was done while I was at work, allowing an unsecured unit all day. -Allowing a landscaping pipe to burst, with water pooling for hours until I got home from work and noticed, with their full team feet away in the office. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The air bnb guests ruin it the office won’t do anything when they take your assigned spot they need to support the tenants staying there and fulfill maintenance request when asked. AWFUL management fix the air bnb issue the guests are disrespectful. Do better and stay across the street anywhere but here I’ve been here 8 years and the last 2 have been a nightmare I WILL NOT be resigning and urge everyone to move if they can.
***CAUTION*** Kota North Scottsdale is also renting their apartments for airbnb purposes. I was assigned an apartment right across (less than 10 feet) from one of their airbnb places. I wasn't made aware of this. There was constant traffic and loud noise during my stay, especially during the weekends. People arrived just to party. Next time I would ask about their airbnb activities before renting an apartment at this place. Their staff is apparently not legally required to reveal this information to new tenants.
Honestly, the best place I’ve lived in my 10 years in Arizona. Huge thank-you to Gabe and Abdil for taking care of a last-minute safety maintenance request so quickly. And thanks to everyone else who’s helped me, too. The property is managed so well, and I really appreciate how quiet it is.
