Francesca has helped us several times during the acquisition of our apartment which we secured today. She treated us like family, so lovely to work with as well as knowledgeable on every facet of us moving into our new home. I would give her ten stars if I could. Additionally, I was once again very pleased as I had a request to change my assigned parking space. Noah was there for me and within minutes he addressed my issue and took care of it. The staff and emails are passive aggressive. Also I get a sticker put on my car that it is going to be towed and I live here. I have 2 cars and a garage. Very unprofessional.

Living here has been great for my family! I love the location and proximity to nature and hiking trails, the quiet and safe community, office staff are friendly and caring. It’s the most pet-friendly community I’ve lived in, my dog loves the dog park, and having a pet spa is so convenient. We’re grateful to call Kota home.
