The staff and emails are passive aggressive. Also I get a sticker put on my car that it is going to be towed and I live here. I have 2 cars and a garage. Very unprofessional.
Great spot! Beautiful place. Francesca was very accommodating and very informative.
Living here has been great for my family! I love the location and proximity to nature and hiking trails, the quiet and safe community, office staff are friendly and caring. It’s the most pet-friendly community I’ve lived in, my dog loves the dog park, and having a pet spa is so convenient. We’re grateful to call Kota home.
