I have used Dakini Engineering twice; both times were to acertain the foundation status of my home. The last time was in 2021. Mr Ansell was very easy to deal with - he showed up on time and kept to the provided time frame in producing his report. I can recommend him highly.

Absolutely the most inconsiderate company to family neighborhoods. Their crew is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Their employees consistently park in people's driveways, leave litter and walk all over neighbors plants and yards. Even when politely asked to stop they are rude. I've got pics too.
