The grounds were very well kept. The Celtic Festival was an EXCELLENT addition to the Elkins area. It is handicap accessible, pet friendly, and kid friendly at the facility as well. I do hope Randolph County will bring back this festival next year. I found out historical facts about my family heritage, there were many vendors that were geared toward kids and historical information. This was amazing!
