I recently had a 10 upper teeth smile makeover at Everton Hills Dental / Dakabin Dental with Dr Lingaiah Dronavalli, and I truly cannot speak highly enough of the care and final result I received. I've been having things done to fix my teeth in this last year, over $16000, I need more then 2 hands to count how many appointments Ive had, I had to reschedule work and travel over 3 hours there and back every appointment, just to be put on the spot yesterday while the lady behind the desk was trying to get me to pay more for appointments that had already been paid for from my super. In my opinion the most caring Dentist studio in Aus. Doctor Ben & the staff went beyond to help me with a bad case of dental anxiety to get me through 7 visits to give me a full teeth renewal crowns etc...cannot thank you all enough..DR Ben and staff always smiling and caring... can't say enough to recommend them..if you want a great dental experience go to Dakabin Dental...Doctor Ben is a dentist and a artist I can happily smile again thank you..staff also wonderful
Warning: I would not recommend this practice. My experience with an old lady on reception possibly named Simone was extremely unprofessional. She was rude, dismissive, and made what should have been a simple dental visit stressful and uncomfortable. Communication is poor, appointments are often mismanaged, and patient care clearly isn’t a priority. If you want respect, professionalism, and proper dental care, look elsewhere this is not a place I would trust.
