This is a beautiful bakery. Both the Owner and the son are so kind and was amazing customer service. The cookies are amazing and really delicious. The owner is so kind and patient and great at conversation. It was such a delight going to their bakery. And its so local. Genuinely a amazing place to go buy cookies that are devine.
Daisy’s customer service is wonderful and her cookies were amazing. Her cookies were not just beautiful but great tasting. Most places just have cute cookies but the taste is not very good. My guest loved them and will call her for future orders. She also made me some cute graduation diplomas for cupcakes. Will definitely order with Daisy’s Flour Shop again.
Upon arriving today 11:40am.. Hours 10am-3pm shop is closed. So I call and no answer, but I can see someone waking around. I also sent a message on messenger as I see someone walk out assuming to unlock the door.. but NOPE! She put a sign "sorry were closed today" and goes back inside. I thought WTH?? very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Seeing that someone just tried to open the door and still waiting outside literally parked in front of the door. I'm sure heard phone call! Excellent Work! I could not be happier with the cake and cookies made for my Pasadena City Council District A celebration. The end product was beyond expectations — both in design and taste! The cookies came out absolutely perfect. Each one was neatly wrapped and beautifully decorated with my campaign logo.
